1. - What payment methods can I use?
We take PayPal, which most people are familiar with and love to use as it is a secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money without anyone even seeing your credit card number or PayPal Account information.
2. - Can I ship to a different address other than the billing address of my credit card?
Any order can be sent to a different address within the USA. You can enter the shipping address as you proceed through "Check Out". (We may e-mail you if you use a different shipping address to verify this transaction was authorised by you.)
3. - Do you take international orders?
We only accept Orders placed in the USA as the order can only be shipped to an address in the USA.
4. - How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Your order should be processed in 24 to 48 hours beginning the next business day during the standard business week, Monday through to Friday. If your order is received on the weekend, the 24 to 48 hour processing period begins on the next business day following the day your order was placed.
5. - When can I expect to receive my order?
Our customers should receive their orders anytime between 2-7 business days following a 24-48 hour processing time as mentioned in FAQ #4. We ask our customers to allow 8-10 business days to take into account cross-country shipping times. Our products is shipped from warehouses in California or New Mexico and depending on the distance your package has to travel and the item that is ordered, these factors will determine the time frame. 6 - How can I place my order if I experience difficulties with your website?
If you should have any difficulties placing your order online, you can place your order to us by email to sales@onlyeagles.com . Simply quote the Item # and Quantity and we will happily get back to you to go through the details of your order.
