Whilst we strive to provide great quality merchandise for our valued customers to happily display in their homes or offices, we also understand pictures are not the same as seeing an item in person.
If you are not satisfied with an order -
You may return the item(s) for a refund within 5 days of Delivery.
Customer incurrs shipping fees when returning item(s) for REFUND. Simply send an email to sales@onlyeagles.com with "Refund" in the subject header, clearly stating your reasons why you are unhappy with your purchase, and we will email you with instructions and an Authorisation Code to return the product.
All returned merchandise for a "Refund"
- Must be in its original saleable condition and packaging when received by us.
Damaged Goods In Transit:
Unfortunately accidents may happen in shipping too. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving your order at sales@onlyeagles.com with "Damaged Goods" in the subject header and attach a digital photo showing the damaged item (with the packaging and labels clearly showing behind it) .
We will provide you with the necessary steps for returning the merchandise and replacing the product(s).
