Whilst we strive to provide great quality merchandise for our valued customers to happily display in their homes or offices, we also understand pictures are not the same as seeing an item in person.

If you are not satisfied with an order, you may return the item(s) for a refund within 15 days of Delivery.

Customer incurrs shipping fees. Simply send an email to sales@onlyeagles.com with "Refund" in the subject header and we will email you with instructions and an Authorisation Code to return the product.

All return merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received.


Damaged Goods In Transit: Unfortunately accidents may happen in shipping too. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please inform us by email within 3 days of receiving your order at sales@onlyeagles.com with "Damaged Goods" in the subject header and attach a digital photo clearly showing the damage.

We will provide you with the necessary steps for returning the merchandise and replacing the product(s).
